Ground Requirements
- Running time should be around 10 minutes (minimum 90 seconds)
- Festival premiere is not required, but priority will be given to premieres
- No restrictions concerning the year of production
- No restrictions on country, gender, or age of entrants
- AWARDS 26 finalists will be selected and awarded with the total prize of 81,000,000 KRW (Approximately 57,300 USD)
